The Outliner Sub-menu
The Outliner sub-menu of the Radio menu is where you'll find commands for opening the Buddies window, subscribing to an outline by its URL, and opening the Preferences in the web browser.
My Outline 
Opens your Instant Outline. When you save your outline, anyone who's subscribed to it will see your name appear as bold text in their Buddies window.
Open Buddy List
Opens the Buddies window. The Buddies window is an outline, which contains a top-level heading for each outline you're subscribed to. When the outline changes, the heading will appear as bold text.
Subscribe to Outline...
Asks you for the URL of an outline to subscribe to, and adds the outline to your Buddies window.
Preferences
Opens the Outliner Preferences home page in the web browser. You can use the Preferences pages to tell Radio where to save your outline, how often to poll your subscribed outlines for changes, and whether or not to play a sound when an outline changes.
